The four phases
- Phase 1 · you · 15 min
Answer a few questions
The name, what the company does, who owns it and the extras you want. Co-founders fill in their own details. You pay once on the last screen.
- Phase 2 · each person · 10 min
Upload and sign
Each person gets their own link to upload a passport and proof of address and to sign. Meanwhile the name is approved and the advocate drafts the Memorandum and Articles.
The 4 steps in this phase
- Company name approval
We submit your name options to the Registrar of Companies. The first available one is approved.
- Identity checks for every person
Each shareholder, director, secretary and beneficial owner uploads a passport and a recent proof of address. Company shareholders upload their corporate documents.
From you: Passport (colour scan), Proof of residential address
- Memorandum and Articles drafted
Our partner advocate prepares your constitution with your share capital, shareholders and directors.
- Documents signed
Every subscriber and director signs the Memorandum and Articles and the consent forms. You sign online where the law allows. Where an original signature is needed, we send one courier pack with a prepaid return.
From you: Consent to act as director
- Company name approval
- Phase 3 · us · about 3 to 4 weeks after everyone signs
We file and register
The advocate files with the Registrar and the company is registered. You see each step, who has it and the expected date in your dashboard.
The 2 steps in this phase
- Incorporation filed with the Registrar
Our partner advocate swears the statutory declaration (HE1) and files it with the registered office (HE2) and directors and secretary (HE3) forms. The Registrar reviews and registers the company.
- Certificate of incorporation issued
Your company exists. We upload the certificate of incorporation and the registration certificates to your vault.
- Incorporation filed with the Registrar
- Phase 4 · us, then you · first weeks after registration

Who does what
- You answer the questions, invite your co-founders and sign.
- Orisma runs the case, checks every document before it goes out and keeps the dates current.
- A licensed Cyprus advocate prepares the Memorandum and Articles, swears the statutory declaration (form HE1) and files it with forms HE2 and HE3. Cyprus requires a practising advocate for this.
- The Registrar of Companies approves the name and registers the company. We register the beneficial owners within 90 days of incorporation (in practice in the first week).
- The Tax Department issues the tax identification code. We apply through Tax For All, within 60 days of incorporation.
- Banks and payment providers you pick decide on accounts from the file we prepare.
How we keep it email free
Everything we need appears at the top of your dashboard: upload this, sign that, answer this. Email only tells you that something is waiting. Questions stay on the case, next to the document they are about.
See who still has to upload.
The company page shows what we file with the Registrar and, for each director and shareholder, whether their identity documents are in, in review or still missing. You can resend anyone their link from there.

Every official document in one place.
Certificates from the Registrar, signed documents, tax letters and scanned mail, filed by type and year. Anything we still need from you sits on top.

Where founders usually open accounts.
For each bank and payment provider you see how long opening usually takes and what they ask for. We prepare your company file and checklist, and you apply. Each bank decides individually, and we have no view inside the banks.
